Age 44, Colorado Springs, Colorado - Graveside service will be 2:00 PM Friday, November 28, 2008, at Sterling Cemetery with Adraine Smith officiating. Mrs. Hoover died Thursday, November 20, 2008 in Colorado Springs. Burial will be under the direction of the Becker Funeral Home of Fletcher. She was born May 11, 1964 in St. Augustine, Florida to James Townsend and Anne (Cannon) Bridgman. Bonnie graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland on December 12, 1990. She married Olen R. Hoover on August 12, 1999 in Williamsburg, Virginia. Survivors include her husband, of the home, a step-daughter, Allison Hoover, currently serving in Iraq, mother, Anne C. Powell, Charleston, South Carolina, sister, Martha Nye and her husband Rick, Charleston, South Carolina, father and mother-in-law, James and Leona Hoover, Sterling, grandmother-in-law, Lucille Golden, Sterling, brother-in-law, Carl Hoover and his wife Martha, Sterling, sister-in-law, Shirley Batten and her husband Stacy, North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, three nephews, Eric Nye, Blake Hoover and Gabriel Batten and three nieces, Rachel Nye, Brooke Hoover and Alicia Singleton and many other relatives. She is preceded in death by her father.
