Word has been received of the death of Billie J. English, 85, Lawton. Mrs. English died Sunday, August 26 in a local hospital. Private family services are under the direction of the Becker Funeral Home & Cremation Service. Mrs. English was born December 31, 1926 in Carnegie, Oklahoma to Ralph and Anna Bucklew. She married Frank M. English III on August 15, 1948 in Lawton. He died April 6, 1990. She was employed by Civil Service until her retirement. She was a loving wife and mother. Survivors include a daughter and son in law, Melissa and John Horn, Lawton; three sons and daughters in law, Frank M. English IV and Lorraine, Springfield, Missouri, Tony English and Crystal, Lawton, and Greg English and Pam, Coppell, Texas; 8 grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a special care giver, Linda Tipton.
