Funeral service for Beverly Gene (Kauahquo) Caddo, 72, Lawton will be at 10:00 am Monday, April 20, 2015 in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Willie Doyeto, El Reno Indian Baptist Church, El Reno, OK and Jan James, Minister, Cache, OK officiating. Beverly passed away Friday, April 17, 2015 at her home. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home. She was born November 24, 1942 in Hobart, Oklahoma to Ernest and Helen (Ahtapety) Kauahquo. She was raised in Hobart and graduated from Hobart High School. She married Jimmy Ray Caddo in Cache, OK and they have been married 38 years. She retired from Civil Service at Fort Sill after 31 years of service and earned numerous awards. She was a Member of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma, the Kiowa War Mothers, the Kiowa Tiapah Society, the Comanche Indian Veterans Association Auxiliary the Eastern Star in Elgin and was an active Member of the Mt. Scott Kiowa Church and was currently attending the Mt. Scott Comanche Church. She is survived by her husband Jimmy Caddo of the home, her children, Monte Paul Kauahquo and wife Laura of Altus, OK, Kevin Duane Dykstra of Elgin, OK, Michael Ray Caddo and wife Paula of Chickasha, OK, Shirla Jo Caddo of Cache, OK, brothers and sisters, Richard Paul Kauahquo and wife Diana of Hobart, OK, Frieda Ann Hudson of Hobart, OK, Jobyna Fern Hammock and husband John of Lawton, OK, Gary Cornett and wife Roanne of League City, TX, Elmer and Linda Vzenske of Texas City, TX, two special sisters, Gloria Laverne Noel of Anadarko, OK, Anita Onco Johnson of Lawton, OK, grandchildren, Morgan Louise Polise and husband Joey of Utica, NY, Samuel Joseph Kauahquo of Mineola, TX, Jennifer Mae Caddo of Lawton, OK, Tessa Raye of Lawton, OK, great grandchildren, Jayda Polise, Joey Polise, Nocona Ray Caddo, Dean Hoyt Toppah, Addison Kauahquo and Avery Kauahquo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Dwight David Dykstra and a sister, Ernestine Kauley.
