Betty Loyce Ratliff, 86 year old resident of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, died August 25, 2015 at her home. Born Februaruy 12, 1929 in Mountain Park, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of Jonathan Elmer Walker and Lou Ola Page Walker. She graduated from Mountain Park High School. Betty married Harry O. Ratliff on December 5, 1948 in Mountain Park. She had worked as a travel agent and for a dress shop. Betty attended Siloam Springs Bible Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry; and one daughter, Nancy Russell. She is survived by one daughter, Susan McWilliams of Siloam Springs; four grandchildren, Rebecca Ratliff, Thomas McWilliams, Sara Vegas, and Alaina Russell; and five great grandchildren, Audrie Ratliff, Brayden Ratliff, Noah Ratliff, Alyson McWilliams, and Jayla Lopez. Memorial service was at 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 28, 2015 at Siloam Springs Bible Church, Siloam Springs, with Rev. Bruce Boehmer and Dr. Dick Mohline officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, AR. Burial will be Saturday, September 5, 2015 in the Mountain Park Cemetery, Mountain Park, OK with Rev. Les Bussell, Pastor of the First United Methodist Church, Snyder, OK officiating. Local arrangements are under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home of Snyder.
