Funeral service for former Lawton resident Bette M. Harrell will be 1:30 P.M. Friday, November 22, 2019 in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tony Christie, associate pastor at First Baptist Church officiating.

Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery.

Bette M. Harrell, age 89, of Norman, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, November 17, 2019 in Norman.  She was born July 10, 1930 in Cotton County, Oklahoma to Ray D. and Inez (Turner) Brown.  She was married on her eighteenth birthday to Joe Edward Harrell on July 10, 1948 in Marlow, Oklahoma.  They were married for sixty- seven years and one day.  He died July 11, 2015.  Mr. and Mrs. Harrell were longtime members of First Baptist Church in Lawton.  The joys of her life were her grandsons and great granddaughter.

Survivors include her daughter, Raye Ann Johnson and her husband, David, Norman, grandsons, Chase Hubbard, Jeremy Hubbard and Jeff Johnson, son-in-law, Britt Hubbard and his wife, Bonnie, Lawton, great granddaughter, Alexandria Hubbard, sister-in-law, Delores Allison and four nephews, Chris Edwards, Eric Edwards, Randy Allison and Steve Allison.

She was preceded in death by her husband, daughter, Kaye Lyn Hubbard and sister, Belva Edwards.
