Graveside service for A.T. Long, 80, Snyder will be at 10:00 am Friday, February 20, 2015 in the Mountain Park Cemetery with Elder Gene Morris, Evangelist. Cooperton, OK officiating. A.T. passed away Sunday, February 15, 2015 in a Snyder nursing home. Burial with military honors will be in the Mountain Park Cemetery under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home of Snyder. He was born September 16, 1934 in Centerville, OK to Albert Lynn and Voida Elizabeth (Owens) Long. He married Margaret Hesia on November 19, 1960 in Honolulu, HI. She preceded him in death on April 15, 2006. He retired as an HT1 from the US Navy on June 20, 1974 after 22 years of service. Survivors include his three children, Richard Wayne Long of Louisville, KY, Linda Long of Snyder, OK, Albert Long, Jr. and Barbara Mangrum of Carnegie, OK, three sisters, Joy Evans and husband Bill of Nevada, MO, Naomi Studdard of Snyder, OK, Rita Walker of Snyder, OK, his brother Gary Long and wife Glenda of Weatherford, OK and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife and his brother Robert Ray Long.
