Age 32, Hillcrest Heights, MD - Funeral services will be at 2:00pm Wednesday in Cameron Baptist Church with Rev. Bob Jones, Pastor officiating. Mr. Fukuhara died Thursday in Maryland. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens under the direction of Becker Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday at the funeral home. He was born February 14, 1978 in Honolulu, Hawaii to Russell K. and Le-Minh-Thuy Fukuhara. He graduated from Lawton High School and received his Masters in Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. He married Catherine Rono on August 7, 2009 in New York. He was currently employed as an engineer with the US Department of Agriculture in Washington D.C. He was a member of Cameron Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife Catherine of the home, his mother Thuy Fukuhara of Lawton, father Russell Fukuhara of Hawaii, brother Victor Le Fukuhara of Lawton, three aunts, Le Ann Le of Hawaii, Le Vu Bich of Florida, Linda Muramoto of Hawaii and an uncle David Le of Houston.
