Graveside service for Amber Marie McCoy will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 10, 2017 in Highland Cemetery.

Amber Marie McCoy, age 30, Lawton passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 in Lawton.  Amber was born December 19, 1986 in Oklahoma City.  She grew up in Lawton and was a 2006 graduate of MacArthur High School.

Amber was born with Spina Bifida but never let her disability diminish her love of life.  She participated in Special Olympics and enjoyed exercising at the YMCA.  She also enjoyed shopping and gardening.

She is survived by her mother, Bonnie-Sue McCoy, of the home; her father, Travis H. McCoy, Frederick; her maternal grandfather, Robert E. DeGraw, Lawton; her paternal grandmother, Brenda Burns, Frederick; her uncle, CWO3 Robert J. DeGraw, Norfolk, Virginia; her aunt and uncle, Kelli and Donald Atkinson, Oklahoma City; five cousins.

Her maternal grandmother, Mildred Anne DeGraw, preceded her in death.
