Age 93, Lawton - Funeral services will be at 10:00 am Friday in the Becker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Kenneth E. Hayes, Pastor, Jefferson Baptist Church, officiating. Mrs. Parrish died Monday in a Lawton hospital. Burial will be in the Sunset Memorial Gardens. *** The Family Will Receive Friends Wednesday Evening from 7pm until 8pm at the Funeral Home. *** She was born February 6, 1915 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to Willey Dossey and Minnie Lee (Blevins) Neal. She married Paul J. Parrish on October 7, 1933 in Carnegie, Oklahoma. He died in January of 1980. She worked in retail sales at Gibson's for eighteen years before retiring. She was a member of the Jefferson Baptist Church for 35 years, where she taught the Senior Adult Sunday School Class. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Pauline and John Carnell of Lawton, a son and daughter-in-law, Paul Wayne and Betty Parrish of Lawton, her sister Denzil Zemco of Eugene, OR, seven grandchildren, Jackie Herbert, Donna Harless, Bill Parrish, Mark Parrish, Mike Bizzell, Chuck Bizzell and Jeff Parrish; ten great grandchildren, Ricky Herbert, John Herbert, Tim Harless, Paul Harless, Kaitlyn Parrish, Drew Parrish, Victoria Parrish, Dylan Parrish, Chris Parrish and Terry Irby; and two great great grandchildren, Jadyn Herbert and (Baby) Harless. Her parents, a son, Bill Parrish, a daughter, Irene Bizzell, a grandson, Terry Parrish, two brothers and three sisters, preceded her in death.
