Biography

Word has been received of the death of Herman A. Schaefer, 74, Lawton. No services are planned at this time.
Mr. Schaefer died Sunday at a local hospital.
Arrangements are with the Becker Funeral Home.
He was born June 18, 1935 in Worcester, Massachusetts to Herman W. and Adelle (Thibeault) Schaefer. He served in the Army and operated a cab in Lawton. He married Ann Britton in 1957 in Lawton.
He is survived by his wife of the home; two daughters in Oregon; a son in Lawton; seven grandsons; a granddaughter; three great granddaughters; two great grandsons and two sisters.
